Coventry Mind's Information Centre houses a wealth of resources and literature including information about different forms of mental ill health, treatments and therapies, Legal information, drugs and alcohol, housing services, etc.

Information about Coventry Mind's service provision is available along with information about external mental health organizations and services within Coventry, including emergency contacts and support.

Staff and volunteers provide information and respond to enquiries from people via the telephone, face-to-face, and by E-mail. For people who call in to the centre who prefer or need to discuss a concern, or query in private with a member of staff, a separate seating area is also available away from the main reception desk.

The Information Centre also provides exhibition space for members of Coopers Lodge Day Centre, and Independent artists.
